Additional Info
My father was born in New Hanover county, Wilmington, North Carolina. He was given up at birth. Parents left no information. Presumably young and still in highschool at the time. This was during the Vietnam war, the father mightve been drafted out of highschool? I am searching on his behalf. I desperately want any information.
