At the time they were living in Macomb County, Michigan but I don't know where the baby was born. It was a girl. My mother was 27 years old with four other children. My DNA is available at 23AndMe if you have an account there, and is publicly matchable. I'm told this is a half sibling of mine, born while my father was incarcerated.
