In process of requesting original birth certificate. Court Documents say Adoptee name is Charlotte Leigh O'Hara, Birth Mother name is Leslie O'Hara and Next of Friend Virginia Ritter. My adoptive mother told me this was a closed adoption so all names in court documents were made up. My Birth mother and her family were from Durango, Colorado. According to documents her hair was golden blonde, fair complexion, blue-green eyes.1966 HS graduate and Irish-English Descent. Not much known about birth father except he was born in 1945 and an assistant manager in a restaurant. I believe he lived in California. His eyes were blue, hair was light brown and complexion was olive. My Adoptive Parents were from Kansas
