On ancestry, he has a close link to the Rathert / Luebkemann/ Mc.Donald/ Liefer families of Illinois with "Rathert"being the surname most common. It was reported to be a non-consensual event. Birth mother was quite religious,so may have something to do with Mormonism in Australia.
