I am the daughter of a mother who put a son (my half brother) up for adoption in 1967. She was approximately 18-19 at the time. In her older age now, she doesn't remember much. She knows it happened through a home for unwed mothers in New Orleans, LA. I have done both Ancestry and 23 and me DNA tests but there are so many matches that I don't have a clue where to start. I have been curious about him since I found out 21 years ago. As I'm getting older and my mother is deteriorating, I'm hoping to find him or some information about him for both of us.
