My mother's name was Helen Elizabeth Fulk. She was born to Walter and Lacie Fulk. Helen gave birth to a daughter, which she gave up for adoption. Helen later married and became Helen E. Welch. Helen passed away in April 2012. I just recently learned that she had a child before she married my father. I am uncertain of the DOB, but i was told that Helen was either 22 or 23 at the time.
