I was born in 1967 in Cook County, Chicago, Illinois. I just located Geraldine Lairson, who is my birth mother. She told me that I have a full brother, born approximately 1 year before me, who was also put up for adoption. I was born on June 18, 1967. Both of our adoptions were handled by the same attorney, who was located in Chicago. She cannot remember his name, but recalls going to his office to sign papers and to turn us over. My brother's birth name was Joseph McCormick, Jr., but she does not know where he went or his adoption name.
