Additional Info
Mom was 21 years old and father was 24, they were dating, he was first
child born to mom and everything was normal. Attending physician was
Dr. James T. Madry.

Parents were dating, met at junior college and when mom was 6 mos
pregnant they decided on an adoption plan. On 1/24/67 the social
worker conducted an interview with the mom. She indicated she and
father were still dating but thought they were being responsible about
the adoption because they considered themselves too young and not
financially stable to be parents yet.

BM signed her consent to the adoption on Aug. 16, 1966. Mother
described as 5'8' tall, fair with blonde hair and blue eyes. Swedish
and German ancestry. She graduated from high school and attended one
year of junior college and then transferred to a business college.
Worked many secretarial jobs including working for a car rental
company and senographer and leasing agent at the time of the
interview. Assume mom was born around 1945.

Birth father was 6' tall, 155 lbs, blue eyes, medium complexion.
Served in the armed forces 4 years, attended junior college, and was
working as a technician with a large electronics company. Assume
father was born around 1942.

My friend Jamie sounds like he looks like his mom & dad both, he is
very tall (about 6'4'), thin, with blonde curly long hair, blue eyes,
very nice looking, cowboy type, acts in the gunfights in Tombstone,
AZ.
