My birth mother address was Route 1, Box 1321, Flowers Lane Upper Marlboro, Maryland 20772. residence outside city limits. My birth father Eddie Lee Evans age 27, birth place Georgia, Occupation-Laborer, States Roads. My birth mother Dorothy Irene Marshall, age 27, birth place District of Columbia, I was awarded to the state of Maryland on March 8, 1966. Social worker was Mrs. Cheryl White MSW, ph: 301-927-6424, she handled all of the children cases for this first address a total of ten (10) kids. My first Foster home or adopted parents was with Cleveland and Dorothy Moore maiden name Williams at 910 Capitol Heights Blvd Capitol Heights Maryland 20743.
