I am not certain if the Birth or Adoption Records match. The Birth date is between November 3rd and November 5th 1964, this I know for certain. When my Mother told me that she had a son and placed him for adoption, she had Dementia. However, I was able to confirm this as true. Something my Mom also mentioned (I do not know if this is true) is the baby boy was adopted through Catholic Social Services or Jewish Family Services.
