I am Deborah Linder Gorrell. My Mother had a baby boy in 1963 about Sept/Oct/Nov(not sure of the date). The baby was born in the Luthern Clinic for unwed mothers in downtown Seattle. My Mother was not given the choice to see, hold, nurse, or touch her baby in any way. She was not allowed to name him either. My Mother never recovered from this trauma and never forgot about him.
