I am unsure of any and all this info. I was put up for adoption at 3 months old. The Swalm's adopted me just before I turned 18 years of age. I am hoping to find family. I was told I had sisters and maybe a brother or two. I have a son and my self both have some unexplained health issues and we would like to find where they come from and know what to tell doctors in order to get right treatments when needed.
