My father was born in Miami, FL he was always told that his name at birth was Paul Santiago. His adopted family moved to California to escape some legal issues with his adoption and after a few years back to South Florida. He was told his birth mother worked in a bar of some kind at night and left him alone. He was also told that there may be something illegal with his adoption and he was possibly a black market baby. He was born around 5/12/1961. \nMy dad (adoptee) had bright red/orange hair growing up and freckles. He has a lighter complexion but was told his last name at birth was Santiago .
