Hello, My name is Michelle McGrath. My mother is Elaine Evans. She was adopted as a baby by a wonderful couple Bob, and Ruth Cupp. She was able find her birth mother back in 1980 when I was born, but was never able to find her birth father. I copied this from her Facebook page. 'I am looking for a guy by the name of Dale Joles. In June of 1960, he lived in Circleville,Ohio out on Island Road in what use to be a trailer court across from where the county garage was. He would be probably be in his late 70's by now.
From what I know, early one morning, the police came to arrest him, in the middle of the night, he had hooked up his trailer and left town.' My mother wants to find him to get medical history, and for our sake. She also wants to know if the stories my grandmother told her are true. If there is any assistance you could provide in locating this individual, it would be greatly appreciated.
