After extensive research, I have concluded that adoptees birth father was Randolph L. Buckley. He lived in Tampa, Florida and was a firefighter. Unfortunately he passed away in 1973. After adoptees adoption he was moved to Fort Worth, Texas with his new adoptive parents (Eula and James waters). His adoption was very secretive and it was known that the birth mother was very young when she had him.
