Birth Mother:Age 19 Serology was negative, Labor began at 10:30 PM on March 22, 1961, B.O.W. ruptured at 12:30 am. delivery was spontaneous at 2:48 am. Presentation was Cephalic from an R.O.A. position. Cyclo Anaesthetic was began at 2:45 am.
On March 28th was placed in a foster home. The Agrement upon receiving a child shows: application dated 6/15/1961 AND signed by Jane Davenport on 6/23/1961. My original Birth Certificate that i found was whited out and typed over but have lost over the years. Number 141-61-84306. Issued 11/15/1962. I did a DNA test with ancestory back in March of 2017
