I was born between Jan and June of 1960, my fake certificate of birth with ND states I was born in Jamestown ND in June of 1960. Before I came to my adopted family I was in foster care, and I was called Davey which may have also been a surname used as a first name. Letters from the foster mother indicated I was with her and her husband for many months after my birth, but they did not sign or date their letter to me. I came to live in Minot ND, in June of 1960, and my parents legally adopted me with the help of Congressman Wally Redlund, and the atty's name was Joe Loder and the Judge was Judge Grana or Granna. I was fully adopted in spring of 1962 in April or May. I have taken a DNA test and I have some surnames that I know of based on a test, and my matches but cannot put the puzzle together with them yet. I had a 2nd cousin match and she lived in Canada but is not responsive. I have multiple matches with the names of Hazelton, Duncan, some names that end in DOTTER, I was born with a Lazy eye and have had some operations to correct them as best as poss, do not know if this runs in my birth family or if it is random.
