Hi, my mother was forced to give her daughter up for adoption between the years of 1958-1960 at Englewood Hospital in Chicago, IL. She said she named the baby, “Baby Born†and she put the name of the father on the birth certificate as “Roger Born†The Dr. that delivered my sister is Dr. Caliendo and his Brother who is a lawyer handled the adoption. He had an office on 111th street. It was a private adoption so i don't have any more information hope. I hope to find my sister one day. My mother hopes to find her daughter.
