the state of texas dept of health and family services as told me that te Rest Cottage handled the adoption. It would have been between 53 and 56 and my mother said she named him Michael and she is passed but 6 siblings want to find him and we are all in agreement even if he doesnt want to know us at least we want him to know we exist. My mothers name was Barbara Joyce Clay but she went by Hipp, Clifton, Breeding, and maybe others she also went by Bobbie. I am the youngest and only found them in 2012 at age 47
