I was 3 1/2 years old at adoption; I am a bi-racial person; I was very ill & then removed from 1 or both parents under neglect charges. I don't know if my mother was left alone or both parents were there. Non-identifying info I was given was my father was in the military and African - American; my mother was a nursing assistant and she was Caucasian. I'm sure a lot of factors were at play back then. Whatever happened - happened, I love you, please lets move on. I have crazy health stuff & so does one of my daughters; gene related stuff. I need to be connected to my people.
