I was adopted from Hennepin County, Catholic welfare, Mnpls., MN. I was born 12-30-1955. Told my records were sealed. My adopted younger sister died of breast cancer recently. To no avail ,her records were also sealed!! I feel EVERY HUMAN has the RIGHT to know thier medical history!!!! My 'lil sis' tried and tried to find out ANYTHING she could on-line about her medical history, but NO her records were also SEALED!!!! This is not right......
