I was given new information on my sisters DOB through the Vital Statistics in Columbus,Oh. with the Health Dept. I have written a letter to Allen Co.Childrens Services asking for Non Identifying Information with the information I do have,have called Probte Court today to see if they could give me Non Identifying Information,they said that thTraciere Judge will not give out that information,have called the Adoption Network in Cleveland,Oh.,spoke to Traci Onders,she give me some advise,called the Clerk Of Courts in Lima,Oh.today,the Health Dept in Lima,Oh,today. I have been online researching for over 11yrs.,going to different adoption sites posting,so if anyone can please help me with this search,it would be greatly appreciated. Sincerely,Deb Schaffer!
