My names shantal and im searching for my moms birthmother, my grandmother. She was adopted in athens, clark county, Georgia. I dont know much but my grandfathers (adotive parents) name is joe c perkins and my grandmother was sarah nell palmer. My grandfather was active military at the time in the air force. He was 23 and she was 26 at the time. All i know is my birth grandmother was a waitress in Georgia at the time with several other children. Her living condition was not ideal and wanted to give my mother a better life than what she could give.
