my adoption was a private one set up by physician , Charles Johnson M D who is deceased. I do not know my birth mother or birth father's name. I was born two months premature and adopted as an infant. My birth parents were not married. My birth mom was young ,17 years old. She was in auto accident during pregnancy and she found out she was pregnant me. While not relevant , my birth mom was adopted also. During court, to finalize adoption, there was discussion as to if my birth date April 2 or 22nd. My birth certificate has 4/22/54 on it and my adoptive parents' name .
