A baby girl was born to Anne Quinlan Denman on or about November 21, 1953. She gave this baby up for adoption, in secret, because Everett Denman died in August 1953. Marion Howe Quinlan, Anne's mother, made all the arrangements for the 'adoption.' Anne and Marion lived in Weslaco, Texas, but arranged for the baby to be born in Harlingen. I believe this was done through and with a Dr. John Welty, at the Valley Baptist Hospital in Harlingen, Texas. I am the daughter of Anne and her 3rd husband, Richard Einer Peterson. I was born September 7, 1960 in San Rafael, California.
