Dennis Dale Fiscus was born in Illinois but was taken from family home in 1954. We assume he was adopted. The parents are not the ones who signed him over for adoption. His aunt, Donna Frutiger Hustad, signed the papers as the mother with her mother, Rosa Bossart Frutiger, vouching that Donna was the mother. She was not the mother. Dennis's parents were working in Chicago at the time and paying the grandmother to care for the child. They continued to pay the grandmother for 6 months and when they returned to Wisconsin they found the child gone. This was not the first time that Donna and Rosa did this. They did it for 5 other children during 1945-1949.\n
