Mary F. White, born 1/10/1923 was married to Charles Emerick. Mary became pregnant shortly before their divorce. She had a son in late 1948/early 1948 who, according to family, she gave up for adoption. It is suspected that she gave the baby boy to his biological/birth father. Mark Hedges was born 2/28/1949. His father is Edward Gaylord Hedges, 05/20/1915-10/06/1990. \\n\\nMary White later married Asa O'harra. I have dna connections to Mary's children and grandchildren. The family members who were willing to communicated confirmed that she gave up a baby boy for adoption. Based on the dna results, she is my paternal grandmother. The boy she gave up for adoption is my biological father.\\n\\nMy mother has always said that Mark Hedges is my biological father. He has always denied it and refuses to take a dna test. No one in his family is willing to have a conversation with me about it. \\n\\nI have dna connections to Mark Hedges' paternal ancestors, but none on his mother's (Marjorie Hedges) ancestors. \\n\\nIt seems to be that Mark Hedges would be my bio father, however, I have not found his birth records.
