Gilberto Rodriguez Natal was born in Arecibo Puerto Rico as Domingo Ramos Lopez. The son of Marcelina Lopez & Domingo Ramos Reyes. Domingo was a street vendor from Utuado and Marcelina was unemployed. They both lived in Bo. Santo Domingo in Arecibo sometime in the 1940's. He was baptized by his parents in Arecibo.\n\nSometime during march 20 to march 29 1948, Gilberto was adopted. Evidence of this is that his current birth certificate indicates he was registered on march 29th 1948 as being born on march 20.\n\nIt is unknown why he was given up and what happened to his birth parents. His birth mother is described as a white blonde woman. His birth certificate indicated Marcelina had already 2 children. \n\nWe're looking for his possible brothers/sisters/nephews or any remaining living relative from either Domingo or Marcelina.
