My father was born in Iowa City, IA on 4/9/1948. He was placed in an orphanage in Cedar Falls, IA (Blackhawk County). He was there for 3-4 years until adopted by Arnold and Evelyn (Natvig) Otto. He attended grade school in Cedar falls. During grade school they moved to Sterling, IL. He had brown hair and blues eyes and was 6' tall. I don't have any other information.
