My mother was born in an orphanage in Tuam, County Galway, Ireland. I did not see Ireland as a dropdown option in your form, so I chose Northern Ireland. She was adopted into an American Family somewhere between 1954-1955. She was adopted by Alice T. & Patrick F. Noonan of Boston, MA. It was believed to be family members of hers but the truth was kept from her. My mother passed in 1989. I am looking to obtain this information so that I can trace my medical history and lineage.
