I'm 74 years old. I'm searching for my birth family. When I was a baby I was abandoned. The news paper article read a man who gave the name John Tyler maybe tvelr and placed a 18 months old baby boy with Mrs. Andrew Matthew's of fowlerville Michigan after paying a weeks board of $12, is sought by the state welfare dept. He said the baby was born in sparrow hospital in Lansing Michigan. But there is no record of it there. The child is now at the child's institute of Ann Arbor Michigan. There is no record of my birth. I was also told I was 5 months old when I was abandoned. The only thing I can find is that my ancestors came from mayo Ireland. I am searching for any birth family.
