I am the birth mothers grand daughter searching for her son or daughter (my Aunt or Uncle or their family). The birth mother was most likely using an alias name and also gave other false info pertaining to herself. Her alias may have been Annie Smith. The birth mother was born in Wisconsin in 1926, moved/ran-away to IL with the birth father around 1940, gave birth to a child anywhere between 1940-1942 and then was found and brought back to Wisconsin around 1942. The birth mothers parents were looking for her for approximately 2 years, from 1940-1942. I am not sure where the adoptee was born, but the birth mother was found in Kankakee working at a store and was brought back to her family in Wisconsin. I do not know much about the birth father other then he was older then the birth mother (she was 16 when found in IL). I also know he was from Wisconsin and raised horses.
