The child was born at the Tn Children's home during the Georgia Tann administration scandal in 1940. She would be 78 and my Aunt. I was told that my grandmother who past in 1995 had named her Patsy Jean. I just found out this information this week. My mother who would be her sister has dementia and I just need any info I can receive if any possibility. Thank you
