Additional Info
Child was born in TN near NC border (Asheville area) - delivered by a midwife. It was mid 1930's. Mother (Vie Smith) nearly died during childbirth. Father Decatur Johnson was killed in TN. Father had sisters named Lenora and Gladys. Other family members were not told of birth until Vie's death. We have been looking for this child for many years.
