I am searching for my fathers biological parents. He was adopted by Ed and Marie Wahl, either living in Duluth or Elizabeth, MN. My father said he was adopted and his real name was Roger Skogland/Skoglund and he was adopted in Duluth, MN, we're not sure what age? He passed away in 2018. We have his birth certificate and it has Donald Edward Wahl on it, not Roger Skoglund. At one time, he said it had been a closed adoption??
