I am searching for my father's Birth Father or any family member related to him on that side of the family. Donald Lee King, born in Papillion, Nebraska is listed on his birth record as his Birth Father. We found my father's Birth Mother and we had a beautiful reunion. It was very positive. His Birth Mother lived in Lawton, Oklahoma with her family, however when her Mother died, she went and lived with an Aunt and Uncle in/near Omaha, Nebraska for a time. She was sent to an Unwed Mother's Home in Oklahoma City during her pregnancy, and gave birth to my father in St. Anthony's Hospital in Oklahoma City, Okla. My father has passed away now, but always was in hopes to find his Birth Father or family members. I continue the search to honor his desire for family history- information- medical information. We would never want to disrupt anyone's life, but information would be helpful. As I said, we don't know any info regarding Donald King. Was he stationed at Ft. Sill Military Base here near Lawton, Okla? Did she meet him while she was living in Nebraska? Any information would be so helpful. Unfortunately, we did not obtain more information from his Birth Mother before she passed.Thank you!
