I am the daughter of the adoptee and have been searching for the past three years for my birth grandmother and or other birth family members. My mother was adopted out of Williamsport, but not 100 percent sure that she was born in Williamsport. She may have been born in a surrounding town. The adoption agency I feel was something along the lines of Lutheran Adoption Services.
