We have been searching for Jimmy for over 40 years. He has a sister who is one year older than him. Both were taken from their mother illegally. Cindy (his sister) was found when her adoptive mother told her the truth of the illegal adoption. Her birth and adoption records have false information and we are assuming James' records were falsified as well. He may not even know he was adopted.
James has a large family who loves him and who have missed him and longed for him for many, many years.
Any information regarding his whereabouts would be greatly appreciated.
