I have a letter 'The story of your baby' this is additional info I have. The mother age 20 completed the 10th grade and worked as a waitress. She is quiet and pleasant 5'3', 120 lbs. with blue eyes, dark hair, and fair complexion.
The father: age 25 completed high school while in the navy, is currently a machinist, is 6'1' 180 lbs. with blue eyes and blonde hair. My birth weight 7 lbs. 14 ozs. birth length 19'. Discharge weight 10 1/2 lbs.
In the Probate Court of Franklin County, Ohio case # 208731Infant Boy Combs will now be known as Brent Alan Carter.
My main reason for search is medical records. If parents are alive or deceased I would like there medical history. If they don't want to know anything about them other than medical i will respect there privacy. I am 49 and have been going thru allot of blood work and other testing. One of the questions that keeps coming up is regarding family history which I do not know. I do know since my adoptive mom gave me this paperwork it may lead me to some answers. Seeing this paperwork now tells me how my son got his blonde hair blue eyes. I have blue eyes brown hair.
My adoptive parents are John Thomas Carter, deceased. Jesse Ann Wetzel - Carter, they lived at 242 Calahan Road Columbus Oh.
I originally tried to contact The Ohio Children's Society, but have not been able to find a email. I live in Ga., now and would like any help possible due to my illness I don't have funds to pay out for a search for my birth parents. If for some reason they are alive and would like to meet me or there grandson maybe would could make some arrangements. Thank you for your help Brent Carter
