I've been told I was brought home when I was 3 days old. Mr.Moore handled the adoption, I have only a Birth Certificate that give my adoptive parents names. I'm looking for any information regarding the biological parents mental health. I'm not looking to knowing names or meeting, I'm trying to resolve 54 yrs. Of being told my biological parents had issues and that was the reason for putting me up for adoption.
