Beatrice C. Williams (later Hewitt) was my own mother. When she became pregnant as a teenager in Yakima WA, her parents sent her to Seattle/Everett where her baby boy was put up for adoption at birth. I found what information I have about him in my mothers files after her passing. In her notes, she refers to him as "Stanley." I doubt that would be the name he'd have been given by his adopted family, but apparently, she mourned losing him for the rest of her life. I'm curious to know whether he ever looked for her, and whether I have other distant relatives out there. I am on Ancestry.com, and 23 and Me, but haven't found any good clues.
