the sibling or siblings that i am looking for would have been born in 1955 maybe early 1956...both Howard and Sandra/ Sandy lived in and around the Lancaster co . Lancaster PA , Lebanon PA ..or Dauphin Co PA areas and surrounding areas ..I know possibly a child was born to my mother before I came in 1958...but there could be other children with fathers name Howard James Miller..I have 6 other siblings with Howard being the father that I know of...but mostly I am looking for both parents names on this one...but if there are others that is fine too..Thank you..
