"Find My Family" reunites a sister searching for the biological brother she never knew and a daughter searching for the biological mother forced to give her up for adoption.

"Find My Family" sets out to help a sister find the brother she never knew and who ends up finding more than she ever expected. Plus, our search team lends a helping hand to a daughter searching for the birth mother forced to give her up for adoption, on "Find My Family," airing MONDAY, NOV. 30 (9:00-10:00 p.m. ET), on the ABC Television Network.

Hosts Tim Green and Lisa Joyner travel to Upper Arlington, OH to meet 24-year-old Ashley Arend, an after-school program aide working on her Masters to become a teacher. Ashley always knew she was adopted and could not have asked for a more loving and supportive family. When she was 10, she stumbled upon her adoption papers and discovered she had a biological brother -- just 16 months older than her. Ashley grew up knowing what it was like to have a loving mother and father, but unlike most of her friends, she did not know what it was like to have siblings. For the past six years, she has looked everywhere for him and, although she seems to have exhausted all of her options, she has never gaven up hope that one day she'll find him. Now, not only will the "Find My Family" team find the extra limb to Ashley's family tree, they'll give her the surprise of a lifetime.

Then "Find My Family" heads to Glendale, AZ to meet Jamie De Haven, an African-American, mother of three who was adopted as a baby by an all white family in Indiana. In Jamie's family, race was never an issue - there was nothing but love. In her heart and soul, Jamie always felt something was missing and dreamed of finding her birth mother. Working a full time job to try to make ends meet, she knew that her birth mother struggled financially and was forced to give her up for adoption. Although she knew her mother's name and even the address of the house where her mother lived at one time, Jamie's endless efforts over the years have come up empty. Now it's up to Tim, Lisa and the "Find My Family" investigative team to answer Jamie's prayers and find the mother she never knew.

Each episode of "Find My Family" is a one-hour, self-contained show full of moving moments and tears of joy, when mothers, fathers, daughters and sons who lost touch for decades are reunited. The show will begin with the emotional back stories of two different families in search of lost relatives. With minimal information, the "Find My Family" team will begin the difficult and frustrating process of sifting through archives and tracking down records until they uncover the missing links. Then Lisa Joyner will reach out to the newly-found family members and let them know that someone from their biological family has been looking for them. Tim Green will narrate each story as it unfolds and meet with the people who originated the search. The in-person reunions will take place at the "Family Tree."A follow-up with each family will conclude each episode.
