This was a twin birth. The other girls name is Ruby Jane Flores at birth. They were moved to the state of Georgia at the age of 4 and were taken from the parents custody and adopted out by the child protective services. I am the maternal grandmother and have but one wish to be reconnected with my twin granddaughters before something happens. Right now they are only 11 years old but even if the adopted parents would allow the contact it would be wonderful. You see we almost lost their grandfather to a gun shot and the girls were his world. Again they do know us and we miss them terribly. They were adopted together and as far as I know only their last names were changed because of their age at adoption.
