I am looking for my baby brother. He was born in Shreveport, Louisiana in 1999. On his birth certificate his birth name possibly was Seth Adkins Taylor. Also, on his birth certificate was his biological mother’s name and her husband’s name at the time. The mom conceived the baby with my father. But because she was still married, my father’s name was not listed on his birth certificate. The biological mom’s name was Pamela Jones Taylor, at the time, born 4/2/1961. Her husband’s name at the time was Paul Adkins Taylor. He was born in January of 1960. He has since passed in January of 2006. Pamela and Paul and my father, Raymond Lee Sanderson Jr all decided to put the baby up for adoption. I was told he was adopted by a couple in DALLAS, Tx that could not have children. The adoptive mother is possibly a psychologist. I was also told that the adopted couple had planned to let the baby know he was adopted and to always let him know where he came from. Raymond Lee Sanderson Jr, the biological father died in 2008. Right before he died he told me all of this and asked me not to look for him until he became of age. But that the couple would send photos of him yearly. I have 4 of those photos, plus photos from the day he was born in the hospital with his bio mom. I have spoken to Paul Adkins Taylor’s last wife (his widow) she had pointed me in the direction of a person that set up the adoption between Pamela and the couple in Dallas. Her name is Noreen Devries Kennedy and I’ve reached out to this person and many others, including Pamela’s 2 other older children and Pamela’s current husband and anyone else I can find that has any ties to Pamela. But so far no response. Can anyone help me? He would be about 23-24 years old. I do not know if the adoption took place in Louisiana or Texas. But he was born in Shreveport. Thank you in advance!
