I was born a month early. I've been told my original due date was around December 10, 1994. I was delivered via C-section and my birth mother's tubes were tied (I was always told the state ordered it??). Birth father signed away rights before I was born. My mother and grandparents actually ran into my birth mother when she worked at a local restaurant in Greenville (Staxx, I want to say). She recognized me imeadiately (I was only a couple months old). My mother also says she sent pictures to the adoption attorney who would forward them to her, but after a couple years, communication ceased. My adoption has never been kept a secret from me and I really want to know who my birthmother is and where I come from. I've always felt incomplete about who I really am.
