Jan Hutchison and Lagrand Hutchison out of Northport Tuscalossa where former foster parents of my biological brother Andrew Shelby he has autisum. I believe they might know something to help you. Nancy Shelby is the only information I have on our birth mother to go off of and I'm sure it has changed several times since 1993.
