David Verplank was the lawyer in NY,Steven Sklar handled things in NJ.When Verplank died they burned all his records.I contacted Sklar who claims all his files were lost in a flood,he should be in jail for the shady things him & Verplank did.I'm afraid of how & what they did with my son's BC and will i ever find him.
