Additional Info
Was told his birth mother's mom worked as a nurse at South Williamson ARH at the time of his birth. Mother never appeared at adoption hearing and no information on his father. Was also told that he was approximately 6 weeks old at the time of adoption and was possibly found in a trash can prior to the adoption. He has also been told his mother had issues with drug addiction. There is also a chance that he has several others siblings that were adopted out as well. We got the name of Carolyn S McCoy from the social security office we are not sure if that is her maiden last name or married last name or if she was even married.
