My mother, Susan, became pregnant with a daughter when she was 16 years old. Her family sent her to live in Provo, UT with family where she placed her daughter up for adoption. By her recollection she gave birth in March 1974, but admits that she is thinking it was March and it could have been February or April. Ever since I found out when I was 16 myself that I had an older half sister somewhere in the world, I have always wanted to make contact if possible.
